Permanent Cosmetics ?
Everyone has either read about or seen on TV the subject of Permanent Cosmetics. Micro pigmentation. At Isabelle's, I use this form of cosmetic tattooing to enhance facial features and as a final/finishing touch to many surgical procedures. The procedure involves the use of a needle which inserts pigment under the skin. Before our procedure is done a topical cream is used to numb the area making the procedure quite comfortable.
